Gather & Glory is a game in alpha development. These terms explain the rules for your account, fair play, and what to expect while the game is being built.

Joining the game

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not sell, transfer, or share access to your account, or use it to impersonate someone else. Support will never ask for your password.

Playing fairly

Do not use bots or unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, duplicate items or currency, tamper with requests or game data, bypass restrictions, or try to access accounts or systems without permission. If you discover an exploit, report it through Support and stop using it.

Treating other players respectfully

Do not send abusive or harassing messages, threaten people, impersonate others, spam, seek another player's credentials, or disrupt the service. Use the game lawfully. Supported gameplay, including PvP combat played within the game's rules, is allowed; these conduct rules apply to how you treat people and use the service.

Messages and social features follow the same rules. Keep passwords and sensitive personal information out of game messages.

Alpha changes, resets, and availability

This is unfinished alpha software. Features, balance, rules, and content may change or be removed. Bugs, downtime, incomplete systems, and data loss can happen. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and the service may be paused for maintenance, hosting, security, or development.

Accounts, characters, progression, inventories, currency, messages, and other alpha data may be reset, modified, or deleted. A full wipe may happen before beta or release. Please do not rely on alpha progress being preserved.

Characters, items, and currency

Your characters, items, currency, progression, and account entitlements are parts of the game service. They have no guaranteed cash or real-world value. Do not exchange them for real money unless Gather & Glory expressly permits it in the future. An account does not give you ownership of the game's software or content.

Enforcement

Gather & Glory may warn, restrict, suspend, or end access for rule violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Serious technical abuse may result in immediate action. Contact Support if you have a question about an account restriction.

The game's content

The Gather & Glory name, software, artwork, text, world, and original content belong to the project or the relevant licensors. Do not reproduce or distribute protected material except where the law permits it.

Service limits and your rights

The game is provided as available during alpha. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gather & Glory is not responsible for losses arising from alpha changes, downtime, or lost alpha data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the game develops. We will update the date above when material changes are published. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the revised terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
